Don Fulano Blanco is a delicate tequila with complex bright and earthy aromas and flavours including tropical fruit, red pepper, flowers and butterscotch. The brand's flagship unaged tequila is made from 10-year-old Blue Weber agave grown in rich red soil in Atotonilco in the Jalisco highlands.
Don Fulano Blanco's hallmarks include long fermentation and a blend of pot and column-distilled tequilas, resulting in incredible complexity, which is mellowed by resting for 60 days in stainless steel before being bottled. Put simply, this is among the very best blanco tequilas for a pure expression of its raw materials, terroir and careful production.
