Wine provides a lot of pleasure on its mineral freshness, but which as it matures will offer you a great olfactory complexity and a beautiful opulence.
Located in the amphitheater of the Vaudésir valley with steep slopes and a south-east exposure that ensures very good sunshine, this terroir offers structured white wines of great finesse. This 2019 vintage with the color of a beautiful pale gold opens on an iodized and chalky nose that after aeration releases more complex aromas of white fruits, pear and pineapple mixed with fine floral and empyreumatic notes. The attack is frank with a hint of fat. The middle of the mouth is powerful, aniseed and mineral. The finish is fresh, saline and of a good length.
