Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre Chablis 1st Cru Fourchaume is a white wine aged in stainless steel made by Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre with the Chardonnay variety in AOC Chablis Premier Cru, Burgundy (France).

Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre Chablis 1st Cru Fourchaume comes from plots of land located near the village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. Vines were planted between 1942 and 1989 on stony Kimmeridgian limestone soils. They’re cultivated using traditional agriculture and the harvest is carried out manually when the grapes reach optimum ripeness.

In the winery, after pressing the best grapes of Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre Chablis 1st Cru Fourchaume, the must obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It then matures in these same tanks on fine lees for 12 months.
