A single cask Demerara rum from the metal coffey stills at Diamond distillery in Guyana.
Distilled in 2003 and bottled in November 2017 after the cask was selected by Andrea Giannone and Giuseppe Dolci, with the assistance of Giorgio d'Ambrosio, former proprietor of the legendary Bar Metro, for an exclusive Milan Rum Festival release.
Bottled at Navy strength of 57%.
