A fruit-forward bouquet of blackberry, raspberry, and plum, complemented by notes of licorice, vanilla, and thyme, with hints of cedar and minerality. Layers of black fruit, chocolate-covered blueberries, and herbal undertones unfold with every sip. The finely structured tannins provide a velvety texture, leading to a lingering finish with touches of spice and earthy complexity.

The Reserve Wine Collection sources grapes from AVAs in Paso Robles that produce the best expression of each varietal. DAOU Partners closely with each Vineyard to ensure the fruit is grown in line with DAOU standards. The wine is produced by DAOU using DAOU proprietary techniques with an ever-vigilant eye on quality.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
