A unique blend of vintage rums aged 5 to 12 years, mingled and matured in a single cask for about one additional year. Time has been good to this distillery favorite.  Rich and complex, with deep oak tones and honey sweetness alongside smoke, chocolate roasted nut, cinnamon and cherry. Taste of round wood notes with coffee, nut, vanilla and honey. With a buttery mouthfeel, this medium-to-full-bodied aged rum is a unique blend, meticulously crafted to be savored like a sunny day in St. Croix. The deep, complex flavors are best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
