Corvée Brut is produced from prized Chardonnay grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Cembra Valley. It is fi ne and re fi ned with a broad and delicate bouquet reminiscent of ripe fruit (quince, apricot and Spadone pear), custard and white chocolate. The light notes of almond and strudel and the delicate hints of dried fruit accompany a rich and persistent fl avour.

Corvée Brut is made from prized Chardonnay grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Cembra Valley at altitudes above 549 m asl. The sandy-loam soil, deep, rich in stones, and the strong temperature !uctuations typical of this high-altitude area, condition the slow, gradual ripening of the grapes and ensure a proper accumulation of the important mineral and aromatic components.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
