Fresh pressed juice from locally grown, organic sugar cane, plus yeast and rainwater. Copalli takes its white rum and places it into a tank to rest with 100% organic, freshly harvested organic Cacao nibs. Over several weeks, the Cacao nibs infuse a rich chocolate flavor and aroma into the rum, which is then redistilled to create a smooth finished product that is delicious on the rocks or in your favorite rum cocktail. Like Belizean chocolate, the taste is of berries and a rich, balanced cocoa flavor. It has a long and creamy finish.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
