Winemaker Charlie Wagner sees many points of connection in their collaboration, which is all about finding your own way: “Grapes need to struggle on the vine to develop character. So do all of us. Conundrum was born from an experiment, when the late Caymus co-founder Charlie Wagner Sr. would blend wines at the dinner table to find the perfect pairing for his meal. Fast-forward to today – Charlie’s grandson and namesake now leads Conundrum, producing highly versatile wines that pair amazingly well with just about any mood or food. Both Conundrum Red and White are blends that defy any single-varietal rules and celebrate finding your own path. They also showcase some of California’s best wine regions, from Napa Valley to the Central Coast, and unique spots in between.

Fiercely rooted in the classics, the girl who left her Kentucky home and high school at 16 to take a job at Dollywood has grown into a woman who embraces the genre’s forward progression. GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce lit a fire with her debut album Every Little Thing and the PLATINUM-certified history-making title track, and she hasn’t slowed down since. With the praised release of her highly anticipated fourth album, hummingbird (June 7, Big Machine Records), Pearce continues to resonate with her honest lyrics and timeless musicality. Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. We are happy to provide additional high-resolution images upon request-please contact us.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we include complimentary ice packs in our insulated shippers.
