Château de la Vieille Tour is a historic, family-owned winery in the Bordeaux region of France. Founded in 1839 by the Boissonneau family, this estate is situated in the Entre-Deux-Mers area near St. Michel de Lapujade. The winery began its organic farming practices in 2007 and is now fully certified organic, while also working towards Biodynamic certification. They produce both red and white Bordeaux wines from estate-grown grapes, emphasizing sustainable practices such as eco-grazing and maintaining beehives.

Château de la Vieille Tour’s Bordeaux Blanc is a dry white wine from the Bordeaux region of France. The wine features a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Sauvignon Gris, and Muscadelle, each adding unique flavors—ranging from vibrant citrus notes to floral hints.  As a biodynamic wine, it emphasizes sustainable farming practices, reflecting a commitment to the environment.

Biodynamic farming. Separate vinification of its blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and other local grapes in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures, and aging in tanks to preserve freshness. Fresh and aromatic profile, combining green fruit notes like lime and grapefruit with white peach, apple, and gooseberry. A minerally character and clean, crisp acidity contribute to a refreshing mouthfeel with hints of lemon pith and potentially subtle white blossom or pepper.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
