Its an exciting champagne produced only in sunny and warm years. This champagne is composed of approximately 55% Pinot Meunier, while the remaining 45% is an almost equal proportion of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. These grapes come exclusively from two plots, La Genette and La Chapotte, both located in Mardeuil and certified organic and biodynamic. These vineyards, with a size of 0.55 hectares each, have limestone-clay, flint and chalk soils, creating an exceptional terrior for growing grapes.

On the nose, saffron, flowers, a delicate touch of spices such as nutmeg and white pepper, brioche, sweet wood and almonds stand out. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
