This wine is fresh, lush with aromas of guava, apricot, apple and white tea, with bright acidity on the nose. Flavors on the palate are tangerine, pink grapefruit, spice and orange blossom honey, gliding into clementine, dried fennel, mineral and a dry, long finish. Pair with clam chowder and grilled sourdough bread.
