Cocktail bitters are spirits infused with flavors, typically from plants, fruits, or spices. They date as far back as the early 1800's, originally used to assist with digestion and cure stomach aches. Infusing your cocktail recipes with just a few drops of bitters will give them an additional level of flavor depth. Many bitters are also renowned for their ability to cure hangovers.

Proudly made in America, Bittermens was formed as a thank you to the cocktail and bar industry, and has continued this day to get new bitters into the hands of cocktail enthusiasts and bartenders alike. This allows these bartenders to create new cocktails that couldn't be made without their bitter's brand. Bittermens bitters are known for the classic cobalt bottle and eyedropper tops.

This formula is made with hibiscus flowers, sour açai berries, musky long pepper, and more than a dozen other herbs, roots, peels, and spices, this unique bitters formula plays well with gin, genever, rum, vermouth, Italian Amari, certain scotches, and tequila.

Use Bittermens Burlesque Cocktail Bitters as inspiration for an original cocktail or try them in an updated classic. They would be excellent in a Genever Old Fashioned, a Pisco Sour, or Negroni made with equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari.

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for your package. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible.

We ship packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Express (overnight & 2 day) are usually shipped the same-day if placed by Noon Pacific time.. Please call for priority overnight services. We're happy to accommodate whenever possible.
