The grapes used to make “ Il Favot” come from vineyards that have undergone periodical implantations, and so have a maximum age of 15 years. The skin contact is limited to 6-8 days so as to extract a few tannins and more color from the skins themselves, with the result of getting a well-colored wine with remarkable softness.

Genuine, clear and captivating, it shows notes of wild strawberries, flowering geraniums, lemon peel, wisteria and wild thyme. A lot of freshness in the background dominates the scene with nuances of cherries and lemon. Medium body, soft tannins and a savory and slender finish with great gustatory honesty. Terse and precise, slightly thinner than previous years. From the company's youngest vineyards which will one day make up the company's Crus.
