Unique blend of cooked maguey, with vague notes of smoke, bananas, and almonds. Smooth on the palate. Feels fresh with a slightly salty flavor, as if drinking water from the river. Sweet notes with citrus, caramel, banana, almonds, and peach accents. A sipping mezcal handcrafted from 7-year and 15-year-old agaves. We donate 5% of our yearly profits to fund mezcal certifications of other small mezcal producers.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
