Combine in a shaker:
- 1 oz Evan Williams
- 1 oz Pommeau de Normandie
- 1/4oz Allspice Dram
- 3/4oz Lemon juice
- 1/2oz Demerara Rum
Shake with ice. Strain over ice into rocks glass & garnish with Cinnamon Stick.
