The 2017 Single Vineyard Taylors Pass Sauvignon Blanc continues this vineyard's fine tradition for producing aromatic, distinctive Sauvignon Blanc. It combines hints of crushed tomato leaf and nettles with passion fruit and other tropical notes. It's medium-bodied, with a slightly creamy feel to the mid-palate that imparts a sense of fleshiness, then a dry, chalk-dust finish.
