Union Sacré is a label producing Alsatian-inspired wines in California’s Central Coast. It’s an endeavor by two friends, Xavier and Philip, who have 35+ years of experience in Central Coast wineries, meaning you KNOW this sh*t is going to be good!!!! The Pinot is gorgeous, concentrated and aromatic with notes of cherry, strawberry, licorice spice, and cracked pepper.
