Impressive complexity and freshness with brightly spiced peach pastry and some ripe yellow plums. The palate is very crisp, fine and steely with a composed, smooth and very polished palate. Superb completeness. The complex now, but more to come, if you can wait. Tased again in 2019, this really starts to emerge as elegance and precision, the toasty build of umami at the finish is coming now. Superb!

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
