A bourbon blend of whiskeys from Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee, made by the masters of blending. Bottled at a cask strength of 115 proof, the flavor profile is intense and complex.
Intense aromas of clove and spices greet you on the nose and develop into sweeter, woodier notes. On the palate, the classic bourbon flavors of vanilla, oak and burnt marshmallow are balanced by the more unusual ones like berries, mint, cinnamon baked apples and cayenne pepper. The spicy finish fades into sweet notes.
