Shichida “Natsujun” is brewed to be your go-to drink for hot summer days. Its clean, refreshing taste is perfect for enjoying in a shaded grove to escape the heat. By using Dewasansan sake rice, the brewers have crafted a pure, crisp sake bursting with flavor. Though it is a “light” sake, you can still expect to taste Shichida’s classic umami, which pairs wonderfully with summertime BBQ dishes.

Limited product Seasonal edition (from May). Brewed with 60% polished Dewa Sanzan, it is suitable for the summer season with the sweet flavor of summer oranges and slight acidity.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
