From the Wagner Family, makers of Caymus. Created from the California coast, this wine is sourced from three premier coastal regions. Their ideal conditions enable us to create a layered wine - intense and creamy on the palate with lush fruit and grippy tannins.

The “sea”—the Pacific Ocean, with its cooling breezes that can turn into howling gusts of wind. The “sun”—a balancing presence, its warmth shining down day after day. These two forces lead to an extended growing season. Grapes stay on the vine longer to create wines of heightened complexity.

The regions where we source Sea Sun also feature subtle differences, with even a few degrees in temperature or the strength of the wind leaving their mark on the grapes. As a result, Sea Sun wines are layered with aromas and flavors, holding broad appeal for a wide range of palates.

Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. We are happy to provide additional high-resolution images upon request-please contact us.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

However, to fully protect your investment, we strongly recommend selecting an overnight shipping service in these conditions.
