Blood orange amaro produced by Rossa in Catania, Sicily. Made from 100% IGP Sicilian blood oranges. Additional botanicals include Chinese rhubarb, gentian root, and cinchona bark. Produced using Etna spring water, the bouquet of Amara is reminiscent of indigenous Mediterranean fruits and flora, with an intriguing and unique palate of candied oranges, licorice, and cloves that give way to hints of elderflower and rhubarb. Small batch production limited to 20,000 bottles per year 30% ABV.

Hand peeled blood oranges grown on the volcanic slopes of Mt. Etna provide AMARA with the juicy vibrancy of pure, fresh fruit. Try this delicious and versatile liqueur on the rocks, in a spritz, or as an addition to just about any classic cocktail for a bit of well-integrated fruit and subtle spice.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
