Redbreast 12 Cask Strength. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 12 boasts the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey.

Cask Strength, Single Pot Still, non-chill filtered. The nose exhibits Fuji apple, plum, honeysuckle, orange blossom and toasted almond. Robust in the mouth with vanilla, baked cherries, honey and vanilla.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
