Aroma reminiscent of a basket of exotic fruits, vanilla, almonds and roasted hazelnuts. Warm and pleasant taste. Pomace from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet grapes. Grappa matured for 4 years in small 225-litre Allier barrels.  This Grappa Veneta, a descendant of the young Sarpa, is patiently stored in the underground cellars of the Poli distillery. This gives it softness and aromas of cedar, liquorice and vanilla, which combine well with its articulate, enveloping flavour. 

Sarpa Oro is hand-distilled in small batches, passes through the copper still with discontinuous steam pots and arrives in the elegant bottle with a significant baggage of aromas and flavours.  Sarpa Oro and the firstborn Sarpa giovane have become timeless classics, pure grappas from Veneto that best embody the spirit and history of the Poli family.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
