Lightly hued with a crisp bouquet of crushed citrus, golden apples, and toasted brioche, it has medium-bodied richness, crisp acids, a great mousse, and shows a clean, precise vibe on the finish. Outer quote mark Mostly from premier and grand cru villages in the Montagne de Reims, this wine is half Chardonnay, and that variety carries its flavors in a vinous direction.
