A well aged Pineau des Charentes from respected Cognac producer, Normandin-Mercier.

This bottling begins with a combination of freshly pressed grape juice and old Cognac, which has then been matured in oak barrels for 12 years.

The final product is a liqueur of real depth and intensity, with notes of dried fruits, sweet grapes, vanilla, toffee, baking spices, old oak, milk chocolate, caramelised apples, flowers, blond tobacco, and sandalwood.

A perfect pairing for foie gras or roast duck.

This Très Vieux Blanc Pineau des Charentes unfolds with a radiant amber hue, offering a visual preview of its age and complexity. The nose is a symphony of aromas, combining notes of candied fruits, honey, and hints of vanilla.
