The Suscol Ranch is located at the entrance to Jamieson Canyon south of the city of Napa. The vineyard was planted in 1991. Originally planted as Merlot to be used in the blend of the estate Cabernet Sauvignon, the quality was so high that it was one of the inspirations to create the Nickel & Nickel line. They appreciated the distinctiveness of this vineyard and thought that is warranted bottling as a stand-alone wine. Very limited!

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
