Lo-Fi Wines, founded by Mike Roth and Craig Winchester, is a Santa Barbara project devoted to minimal-intervention winemaking: organic fruit, native yeasts, neutral vessels, and a light hand. Their Cabernet Franc is sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards across Santa Barbara County, vinified in concrete and neutral oak to highlight freshness and varietal character. The 2024 vintage was mild and balanced on the Central Coast, yielding vibrant reds with aromatic lift.

This is Loire-inspired Cabernet Franc through a California lens—juicy, herbal, and easy-drinking, with no heavy oak or extraction. Lo-Fi specializes in approachable, natural-feeling wines that deliver both character and value. Crunchy red cherry and raspberry with notes of bell pepper, tobacco leaf, and wild herbs. Medium-bodied, with bright acidity, soft tannins, and a refreshing finish.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
