Lacuesta Vermouth Reserva
Delicate amber, with an inclination towards orange yellow cadmium color. Clean and bright. Wood is hardly noticeable. Bitter orange peel with black chocolate. Although sweetness is prevalent in the palate, toasted sugar and absinthe can be appreciated. Soft, mellow and well balanced.
Drinking like a cross between sweet vermouth and Sherry, this is red vermouth that’s aged for seven months in acacia barrels. The end result is a nut-brown hue and distinctly nutty palate that bounces between walnut dryness and pecan richness, finishing with a soft brush of cocoa and a dried-herb exhale. Pair with cured meats, potato chips and other savory bites.
