La Vrille et Le Papillon Tous Cousins Syrah 2020
It's rare to find Syrah from the Ardeche in France, but here is a reason to go in search of some more. Organically farmed and naturally produced with only a dash of preservative to keep the wine fresh for the journey to our shores. Medium bodied and savoury, showing characters of pepper, sweet spice, olive and sarsparilla. The palate is finely structured and inviting, with good persistence and restrained personality. A great acompanyment to roast lamb.
