With a strict and rigorous selection conducted with the utmost care, cluster by cluster, in vineyards over sixty years of age, we get “unique” grapes. La Scolca Black Label is light straw with delicate light green reflections in color with intense aromas from fruity to floral depending on its step of evolution. On the palate, it is wide, sapid, with flint scents, and a finish of almond and walnut notes at the end.
