Kally's Golden Sparkler is made from a base of unfermented Chardonnay juice or verjus. To this base is added small amounts of Organic Pear Juice, Organic Chamomile Extract, Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Meyer Lemon Extract, Organic Thyme Extract, Organic Tannin Extract. There is no alcohol. No added sugar.

Delicate, tart & bright. Notes of citrus and vanilla stand out in our complex sparkling wine alternative. Golden Sparkler opens with a playful dance of delicate pear and zingy California verjus. Its crisp, vibrant bubbles are perfectly balanced with soft, natural sweetness, while chamomile and thyme add a gentle herbal depth. A hint of vanilla smooths things out before a satisfyingly dry finish.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
