Fragrant with a good body. Notes of oak, crisp spice, dried fruit, and pastries. Berry fruits, aniseed, hints of cedar, a touch of spice and citrus. Supple and balanced. Good toffee and hints of very wistful smoke. Chocolate, hints of grass and a good hit of malt. Floral, oaky, good length, urged on by a plume of very well-kept, highland-style smoke. Dried fruit, spice, honey.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
