This digestive beverage was created during the period of the Habsburg dynasty in the latter part of the 19th century in the region of central Europe near the famous health spa town of Luhačovice, Czech Republic.

R. Jelinek Fernet is rich in anise flavors and possesses a strong herbal character. Created during the Habsburg dynasty. Clove dominates, with mint and raisin in the background. Bitter, but not minty.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
