Tasting Notes:

"Alcohol at first disappears entirely after about 3 minutes in the glass. Then it gets subtle - light vanilla and caramel. Maybe a hint of spice, but only if you sniff hard enough. It’s very smooth with almost zero burns. Vanilla, caramel, very light spice, cinnamon, and brown sugar all come together and wrapped up in a candy coating. Medium length but with a resonating sweetness."

This is a whiskey with a 53% rye mashbill, aged 21 years in reused cooperage. Bottled at High West distillery in Utah using whiskey sourced from MGP in Indiana.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
