No matter what hillside you go and see grapevines, there are high chances that cab sauv will also be there. It has the largest and widest production in most wine-producing estates. There is no shortage of cabernet sauvignon, but it takes time to ripen.
The wine made from the cabernet sauvignon has a variety of flavors from green pepper to a dark berry that too with good tannin and spice. Among 69% of red wine drinkers, 18% prefer cab sauv.
The two countries producing quality cabernet sauvignon grapes and wine are Napa Valley, California, and Bordeaux, France. Hence, the cabernet sauvignon cost is also high there.
