Discover the elegance of Freixenet Alcohol-Removed Sparkling wines, crafted in the re-nowned Penedès DO of Spain. Sourced from indigenous grapes, this alcohol-free de-light undergoes a meticulous vinification process. The grapes are expertly squeezed, fermented, and filtered to create a 10% ABV wine, after which the alcohol is skillfully removed through vacuum distillation at 40˚Celsius. Following fining and filtration, ad-justments are made to C02 and SO2 levels, culminating in a cold sterile filtration just before bottling. This very attractive pale pink sparkling wine with persistent bubbles opens with the de-lightful aroma of wild berries like raspberry and strawberry, accompanied by floral notes and tropical fruits. On the palate, experience a fruity, fresh, and pleasant sensation that fills the mouth, showcasing the exceptional quality of the base wine. The well-balanced acidity and medium-sized bubbles create a highly enjoyable mouthfeel.
