Light golden yellow in color. Notes of stone fruit, like peach and notes of orange peel and orange blossoms on the nose. With volume and complex on the palate with a pronounced saline character from the salty soils. A white wine with great texture, medium bodied with well-integrated acidity, the finish is dry and long.

Hand harvested in small crates and strict selection at the winery.
Soft maceration with gentle, skin contact for 5 days. Spontaneous fermentated with wild yeasts in concrete. Undergoes naturally malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees for 5 months in concrete vats under a cap of flor (velo). Bottled without additions of SO2 . No fining or filtration.
