El Mero Mero Tobala has fruit on the nose with notes of grapefruit and buttermilk on the palate. They are cultivating Tobala to increase sustainability.

El Mero Mero Tobala is made with maguey Tobala that is crushed by tahona, fermented in Encino Oak tubs, and distilled in copper. The arid region of San Dionisio Ocotopec, where this mezcal is made, is known for producing agave with high sugar content, which can come through in the flavor and complexity of the mezcal.

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for your package. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible.

We ship packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Express (overnight & 2 day) are usually shipped the same-day if placed by Noon Pacific time.. Please call for priority overnight services. We're happy to accommodate whenever possible.
