100% Retagliadu Nieddu, an ancient biotype of Cannonau, from the 'Tuderi' single vineyard. These are some of the oldest vines in the estate. Fermented with native yeasts in cement vats, without temperature control. Bottled straight from the vats. Perhaps Dettori’s most recognized Cannonau, Tuderi is Badde Nigolosu’s in a glass layers of ripe wild berries are wrapped in Mediterranean herbs, olive tapenade, rosemary and thyme, and followed by a vibrant backbone of crushed stones.
