Rezpiral Jabali, Madrecuishe & Cuishe is made by famed mezcalera Reina (Reyna) Sanchez in San Luis Amatlan, Oaxaca. She makes her mezcal with agave that were cooked in a pit oven, mashed by hand with mallets, and double distilled in a copper still. This particular mezcal is somewhat unique in that agave Blue Weber, which this is made from, is not very abundant in this region.
