Rich dark fruit highlights a pungent nose of blood orange, baked apples, and plums, situated next to buttered popcorn, toasted marshmallows, pecans, wax paper, and strawberry jam. Creamy and light on the palate, with Grape-Nuts, cherry ice cream, dried herbs, and honey. The finish is long and flavorful, with waves of vanilla cream and notes of coffee and chocolate. The recipe has changed over the years to incorporate more High West-made 80% rye.
