It comprises Islay whisky from Caol Ila and Laphroaig, alongside a small portion of malt from the Highlands. Don’t let the monster on the label fool you, this dram has only a moderate level of peat but carries with it a pitch-perfect balance. You can expect notes of brackish water, charred orchard fruit, bonfire smoke and touches of tropical fruit and soft florals on the palate.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
