This enchanting decanter captures the sublime embrace between light and dark. A marriage fo Tequila Clase Azul Plata and an eight-year-old Extra Anejo that was first aged in bourbon barrels and then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Clase Azul Gold Tequila is 100% made from Blue Agave, produced at one of the highest points in the state of Jalisco. Its climate and land properties offer a characteristic tequila flavor. Each of the agaves is grown for 6 to 8 years before harvest. Organic agave requires approximately 72 hours of cooking in old masonry ovens. The baking gives the agave core a unique sweetness – easily perceived by the complexity of aroma and flavors.

Through Fundacion Causa Azul they strengthen communities of artisans so that they can thrive while preserving their heritage and cultural legacy.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
