Clear pink bouquet, a finely spiced citrus nose, slightly lemony, floral. The palate is taut, white fruits, citrus, hint of fennel. Harvest started on September 6th going thought October 2nd. The season has been very hot and dry. This wine was produced through direct pressing, destemmed. Thanks our altitude and northen exposure we keep a nice freshness in the wine. Cold clarification.

The Corail cuvée is produced in this magnificent natural limestone amphitheatre, situated at an altitude of 400 metres. This is a fruity, fresh and eminently drinkable wine which blends hand-picked Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan and Rolle. It has an intense salmon-pink colour, delivering red fruits, citrus and peach on the nose and a surprisingly persistent finish.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
