In 1999, Miles and Marko hand-distilled 22 barrels of whiskey in Charbay's copper alambic charentais pot stills. Deciding to release the whiskey in three stages, five barrels were carefully chosen for this second release. Bottled in 2007, the extra 8 years of maturation added a richness of flavor to the whiskey. A limited edition, one of only 1495 bottlings from barrels 3-7.
