Bushmills 12 Year Old is a premium Irish whiskey produced by the Old Bushmills Distillery, located in the town of Bushmills in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Founded in 1608, it is the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world. The distillery uses only the finest ingredients, including locally-sourced barley, to create a whiskey of unparalleled quality and taste.

The whiskey is aged for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. This aging process gives the whiskey a rich, smooth taste with notes of vanilla, honey, and fruit. On the nose, it has a delicate aroma of vanilla and honey, with a hint of fruit and spice. The palate is smooth, with notes of vanilla, honey, and fruit and a subtle hint of spice. The finish is long and warming, with a pleasant sweetness and a lingering hint of spice.

The whiskey is bottled at 40% ABV, which allows the full range of flavors to be experienced without the need for dilution. It is also non-chill filtered, which gives it a natural and authentic taste.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
