Broda Lemon Honey Ginger Vodka

"Broda" means beard. It is the nickname of the man who was never without one. Only some of his best friends, who knew him during his university days, have seen him barren chinned. Along with his beard, he was also never without his homemade liqueur - a recipe taught to him by his father. However, as time goes on, things tend to be adjusted and improved. Therefore, after some tinkering and drinking, Broda concluded that there should be one small change to his father’s recipe - and so he made it stronger.

Each flavor of Broda is made with only 4 real ingredients. The process is foreign to the world of modern spirits. Zest the citrus and infuse it into our 7x distilled vodka with real herbs and spices. The fruit is then juiced and blended in. This old-school production is why Broda is so unique -- creating deep and complex flavors in the base of our vodka. Absolutely no shortcuts here.

Every bit of the ginger is peeled by hand to maximize its fresh and light taste. This gives it a warm, unique kick at the end of each sip.

Steeped hundreds of pounds of real mint leaves into every batch, giving it our signature fresh flavor, aroma, and green color. 

Not all fruit is created equal, so it is vital, taste every batch at every step of production.

Believe in only using whole-food sweeteners like raw honey and raw agave. These are not only better-for-you options, but perfectly balance the vodka. It gifts each drinker deep flavor and soothing mouth feel -- because it's real.

After it's all mixed in and filtered, then let our spirit age for a period of time. This allows for the flavors to relax and get the chance to know one another.

Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

However, to fully protect your investment, we strongly recommend selecting an overnight shipping service in these conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request.
