The Ardbeg Committee has spoken. And their new release is definitely something worth listening to… or tasting. This year, they charred their already heavily charred casks that they age their Whisky in. They put special grooves in the inner cask and named it after that process.

Quite groovy and one of a kind... much like its namesake.

  • Nose: Honey-glazed ham, matcha tea, walnut, a hint of sea breeze and burnt wood.
  • Palate: Chocolatey at first, before notes of white grape and clementine appear. Maintains a maritime character. Burnt ends give it more meaty elements.
  • Finish: Red berry sweetness, vanilla pod, ash and salted caramel.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
